Khurelsukh U.
President of Mongolia
HE Khurelsukh Ukhnaa served as a Political Deputy (1989-1990) in the 152nd Division of the Mongolian People's Army, Political Officer in the Central Committee of the MPRP (1991-1994), Social Policy Adviser in the Secretariat of the MPRP caucus in the Parliament (1994-2000), Member of Parliament (2000-2008), Minister of National Emergency Management (2004-2006), Minister of Specialized Inspection (2006-2008), Secretary-General of the Mongolian People's Party (2008-2012), Member of Parliament (2012-2013), Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia (2014-2015), Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia (2016-2017), Member of Parliament (2020-2021). From 2017 to 2021, His Excellency has served as the 30th and 31st Prime Minister of Mongolia and in 2021 was elected as the President of Mongolia, Chairman of the National Security Council, and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. He graduated from the National Defense University with a degree in Political Science, the Institute of Public Administration and Management Development with a degree in Public Administration Methodology, and Law School of the National University of Mongolia with a degree in Law.

Oyun-Erdene L.
Prime Minister of Mongolia, Chairman of the Mongolian People’s Party
His Excellency the Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai started his career as the Chief of the Mayor’s Office of Berkh town in the province of Khentii in 2001. Later, he worked as a Program Manager for the World Vision Mongolia in Khentii branch (2002), and Regional Director for the World Vision Mongolia (2006). He then served as the Head of the Social Policy Department for the Governor's Office of Bayanzurkh District in Ulaanbaatar (2008) and Chief Secretariat of the Board of the Mongolian People’s Party (2009). He was the President of the Social Democratic Youth Union (2010-2014), the Secretary of the Mongolian People’s Party (2011), the Acting General Secretary of the Mongolian People’s Party (2012), a Member of Parliament of Mongolia (2016-Present), the Minister of Mongolia, the Chief of Cabinet Secretariat (2019-2021).
His Excellency Mr. Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai has been serving as the Prime Minister of Mongolia and Chairman of the Mongolian People’s Party since 2021.

Zandanshatar G.
Speaker of the Parliament
HE the Speaker of Parliament, Zandanshatar Gombojav has been serving at his current position since February 2019. Before being elected as the Speaker, he had worked as the State Minister and Chief of the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Mongolia from October 2017.
He was elected as a Member of Parliament of Mongolia for the 4th term and previously held positions including the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Vice Minister of Agriculture during 2009 to 2012 and 2003 to 2004, respectively.
HE the Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Zandanshatar obtained an Economics and Finance degree from the National University of Economics in Irkutsk, the Russian Federation. He was also a visiting scholar and fellow at Stanford University’s Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law where his research focused on the democratic and political development of Mongolia.
He is also one of the founding members and a board member of the Mongolian Economic Forum.

Javkhlan B.
Member of Parliament, Member of the Government, Minister of Finance
HE The Minister of Finance, Javkhlan Bold has over 25 years experience in policy making, public finance management and banking and financial sector. He has been serving as The Minister of Finance since January 2021.
Minister Javkhlan started his professional career in 1997 by joining the Bank of Mongolia and has held various positions at the central bank including the First Deputy Governor. In 2016, he was elected as Member of Parliament of Mongolia and was re-elected in the Parliamentary elections of 2020.
HE The Minister Javkhlan holds a Bachelor degree from the School of Economics of the National University of Mongolia and a Master’s degree in Banking and Economics from the Indiana University in the United States.

Ayursaikhan T.
Member of Parliament and Vice Chairman of the Parliament
Mr. Ayursaikhan Tumurbaatar, the Member of Parliament and Vice Chairman of the Parliament graduated from Ulaanbaatar Secondary School No.23 in 1993, Dokuz Eylul University of the Republic of Turkey with a degree in economics in 1995-1999, received a master's degree in international development economics from Seoul National University and Japan International University in 2004-2006, completed his postgraduate studies at the School of Economics and Business of the University of Agriculture of Mongolia in 2007-2014, and received his PhD in Economics and Management in 2014.
Worked as an Economist and General Director at the "Asta Press" LLC in 2000-2005, Assistant to the former President of Mongolia N.Bagabandi in 2006-2009, Representative and Chairman of the Chingeltei District Citizens' Representative Khural, Chairman of the Committee on Ecology, Environment, Landscaping, Production and Services of the Citizens' Representative Khural in 2008-2012, Political officer and Advisor to the General Secretary of the Secretariat of the Board of the Mongolian People's Party (MPP) in 2009-2012, Governor of Chingeltei District of the Capital City in 2012, Deputy Chairman of the General Oversight Committee of MPP in 2013-2015, Director at the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection in 2015, Chairman of the Reform and Development Committee of MPP since 2012, Member of Parliament since 2016, Head of the "Scientists for Development" NGO, Chair of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Security and Foreign Policy in 2019-2020, Member of Parliament and Vice Chairman of the Parliament since 2020.

Bulgantuya Kh.
Member of Parliament
Member of Parliament Mrs. Bulgantuya Khurelbaatar started her career as an Investment Advisor to Creative Solutions LLC. After which she worked as a Program Advisor to a World Bank Project, Engineering Project Manager at Oyu Tolgoi LLC, the Main Commercial Advisor to Business Strategy Department, Head of Business Development Department at Petrovis LLC, International Relations and Party Former Secretary for Organization and Cooperation for the MPP, Member of the Board and Deputy Minister of Finance. She has been a Member of Parliament of Mongolia since 2020. She holds a degree in economics from Huazong University of Science and Technology, China, and a master's degree in economics and international economics from Yale University in the United States.

Enkhbayar B.
Member of Parliament
He is the Member of Parliament, Enkhbayar Battumur chairs the Sub-committee of Human Rights at the Parliament.
Prior to this, he was the Vice Minister of Justice and Home Affairs, the Chief Secretary of the Agency for Land administration and management, Geodesy and Cartography, and the Chief Secretary of the General Authority for Social insurance. He served twice as a legal advisor to the Parliamentary Group and also served as an advisor to the Speaker of the Parliament and to the Chairman of the Mongolian People’s Party.
It is his first time of service working as a Member of Parliament.

Byambatsogt S.
Member of Parliament, Chairman of the standing committee on legal affairs
Byambatsogt Sandag was first elected to the parliament in 2008, thus starting his service as lawmaker. Altogether, he’s been elected as a member of Parliament four times. During his tenure as a member of the State Great Khural, he was the Chairman of the Mongolian People’s Party Caucus in the State Great Khural in 2013-2016, Minister for Justice and Home Affairs, Member of the Government of Mongolia in 2016-2017, Chairman of the Standing Committee on State Structure of the State Great Khural in 2019-2020. Since 2020, he’s been working as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs of the parliament

Bolorchuluun Kh.
Member of Parliament, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Envitonment, Food and Agriculture
His Excellency the Member of Parliament Bolorchuluun Khayangaa has started his career as an Officer at the Executive administration of Citizen’s Representative Khural of Dornod aimag in 1987. He then worked as an agronomist, Director of “Khishig Aj Ahui” LLC, “Dornod Flour” LLC from 1990 to 2012. Since 2012, he has been serving as the Member of Parliament of Mongolia. In 2002, he became the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Environment, Food and Agriculture.

Uchral N.
Member of Parliament, Chairman of the Standing Committee
Mr. Uchral Nyam-Osor, Member of Parliament, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Innovation and Digital Policy, served as the Chairman of the Ikh Zasag International University board. After which, he founded and served as the director of the Royal Academy, Royal International University. He was the head of the Political Department of the Mongolian People's Party Committee of the Capital City. He worked as a public relations policy consultant at the cabinet of the office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia. He has also served as an advisor to the Mongolian People's Party group in the State Great Hural, President of the Mongolian Franchising Association, Vice President of the Mongolian People's Congress, President of the Mongolian Young Teachers Association, and Chairman of the Temporary Digital Policy Committee. , Chairman of the Standing Committee on e-Policy, the Standing Committee on Innovation and Digital Policy of the State Great Hural of Mongolia. He graduated from Ikh Zasag International University with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in business administration from Gloucestershire University in the United Kingdom, Limcoquin University in London, UK, and a master's degree in history from the Mongolian University of Education. He holds a doctorate in history.
Sukhbaatar J.
Member of Parliament
Sukhbaatar J. is a Member of Parliament and Deputy Chairman of the MPP caucus in Parliament. In the past 20 years of his political career, he served as Assistant to Member of Parliament Mr. Tumur S., Legal Policy Adviser to the MPRP Parliamentary Working Group, Member-Secretary of the General Election Commission, First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Secretariat, Member of Parliament from Darkhan-Uul Aimag, Chairman of the Standing Committee on State Structure, Member-Secretary of the Board of the MPP, General Secretary of the MPRP, Senior Advisor to the Speaker of the Parliament.
He has been awarded the Order of the Outstanding personnel of the Electoral Organization, the Order of the Polar Star, the Order of the Outstanding Postal personnel, Gold Medal from the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, the Golden Soyombo Award of the Parliament of Mongolia, and the title of Outstanding Legal personnel.

Temuulen G.
Member of Parliament
From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Temuulen G. worked as a specialist, department head in the Contracting Department of the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority, deputy director of the state-owned “Erdenes MGL” LLC, member of the Board of Directors of “Oyu Tolgoi” LLC, Deputy Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry, President of Social Democracy Mongolian Youth Association, since 2016 he’s been working as a Member of the State Great Khural of Mongolia and Chairman of the Heavy Industry Subcommittee. Ganzorig Temuulen graduated from the American University of the United States with a degree in International Relations and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the same university.

Nomin Ch.
Minister of Culture
Nomin Chinbat was confirmed as Mongolia’s Minister of Culture in January 2021. A businesswoman with broad experience leading numerous Mongolian enterprises – most recently as the Chief Executive of Mongol TV – Nomin brings a keen appreciation of Mongolia’s rich heritage and culture to her role as Minister.
Nomin is a trained economist with degrees from both the United Kingdom and the United States. As the CEO of Mongol TV, Nomin produced numerous internationally-known television shows such as Mongolia’s Got Talent, The Voice of Mongolia, The Apprentice Mongolia, and Dancing with the Stars. These productions provided Nomin with a clear awareness of the potential and talent of the Mongolian people.
Commercially, Mongolia is perhaps best known for its vast “baigaliin bayalag” or “natural wealth,” which has drawn the attention of the global mining industry. As Minister, Nomin’s mission is to also develop Mongolia’s “soyolyn bayalag,” which means “cultural wealth,” as she regards Mongolia’s rich history, unique culture, and stunning nature as an invaluable resource and great opportunity to fuel Mongolia’s cultural creative industry.

Sarangerel D.

H.E the Member of Parliament, Mrs. Sarangerel Davaajantsan has extensive experience working in a leadership position in private and public organizations since 1982. She served as a Chairwoman of the Standing Committee on Petitions at State Great Hural and was the Minister of Health, and the Minister of Environment and Tourism. She has elected as a Member of Parliament of Mongolia for the 3th term since 2012 H.E.Sarangerel Davaajantsan graduated from Rostov State University of Soviet Union as a journalist and achieved a Master degree from the Moscow University of Russia.

Marcello Estevão
World Bank | Global Director, Macroeconomics, Trade & Investment
Marcello de Moura Estevão Filho is the Global Director of the World Bank Group’s Macroeconomics, Trade and Investment Global Practice (MTI).
In this position, Mr. Estevão leads a large team of country economists, macroeconomists, and fiscal policy, debt, and macro-modeling experts. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the global analytical work on macroeconomics, fiscal policy, and debt policy; for coordinating the strategic direction of MTI and implementing it; for helping to shape and oversee MTI’s country/regional programs; and for mobilizing staff to work more effectively across Equitable Growth, Finance and Institutions (EFI) and other Global Practices.
Before joining the Bank, Mr. Estevão was Deputy Minister for International Affairs at the Ministry of Finance in Brazil until end-December 2018 and served as Brazil’s G20 Deputy. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Development Bank (Shanghai) and member of FUNCEF’s Board of Directors. Prior to this position, he worked at Tudor Investment Corporation as the chief-economist for North America and Oceania; at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as mission chief to Peru, Nicaragua and Barbados, and deputy chief of the Regional Studies Division, the North American Division, and the Latin-Caribbean Division, after working on several European countries and the Euro Area; and at the Research and Statistics Division of the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC, as a researcher and member of the Green Book forecast team.
Mr. Estevão is Brazilian, holds a PhD in Economics from MIT, Cambridge, MA, and has published extensively in refereed journals, books, policy reports, and the print media

Michael McAdoo

Michael returned to Boston Consulting Group in 2017. He is a core member of the firm’s Global Advantage practice and a member of the Industrial Goods practice.
For more than 25 years, Michael has worked at the nexus of corporate strategy, public policy, and international geopolitics. He has been a member of the senior staff of the prime minister of a G7 country; a BCG principal; and a C-suite executive responsible for strategy, international trade, and international business development. He has successfully resolved trade disputes and/or market access barriers in the US, the EU, Russia, China, and Brazil. He has lived and worked in all three NAFTA countries, including running a Mexican manufacturing site with 225 unionized employees.
Michael began his career as a staffer in the Parliament of Canada, where he rose to become executive assistant to the prime minister. In this role, he participated in trade and diplomatic missions to 22 countries. He first joined BCG in 1995, working in the Toronto and Monterrey offices, and serving clients primarily in manufacturing. In 2001, he became a senior executive of Bombardier Inc., where he held leadership and C-suite roles in strategy, operations, international trade, and industrial services.
Michael is also fluent in French and Spanish.
